About Mark Moon

Mark Moon is a Sydney-based Breathwork Practitioner and wellness guide, passionate about helping others access greater emotional wellbeing and nervous system resilience. His approach blends Breathwork, bioenergetics, and integrative coaching, that's grounded in over two decades of experience in fitness, yoga, and holistic wellbeing. He is known for creating safe, transformative spaces that invite presence, self-awareness, and authentic growth.

My path to Breathwork

My path to breathwork wasn’t straightforward. In my early years, I chased self-worth through achievement. On the outside I was succeeding, but inside I struggled with self-criticism, depression, and sadness. Breathwork, therapy, and meditation showed me that what I once viewed as “broken” was actually the source of my greatest strength, and the doorway to regulation and fulfilment.
