Our Breathwork events weave together functional breathing techniques, conscious connected breathwork, somatic awareness practices, and personal inquiry to release physical and energetic tension, expand your self-awareness, and awaken the wisdom that lives within. Rather than forcing change, you’re invited to explore the intricate layers of your being, moving beyond surface-level awareness into profound alignment and embodied transformation.


Led by Mark Moon, a globally registered Breathwork practitioner with the GPBA and IBF, and an executive member of the Australian Breathwork Association, these sessions offer grounded resources, deep presence, and a clear path to personal growth, supporting you to shed layers of tension, opening your body, heart and mind to a more expansive way of living. 


Whether you’re new to Breathwork or ready to dive deeper, Mark’s approach bridges modern science with the mystery of the human spirit, creating spaces where authentic expansion is not only possible, but inevitable. Come breathe into your power and feel fully alive in your body.

What You Might Be Wondering Before You Breathe

Bring a water bottle, a journal, and an open mind. Wear comfortable clothing, and if it’s a longer workshop, you may want to bring a blanket or cushion for extra comfort.


Absolutely! Each session is guided and designed to meet you where you are, whether you're new to Breathwork or have prior experience.


Expect a safe and supportive space where you’ll be guided through breathing techniques, gentle movement, and moments of reflection. Every experience is different, but participants often leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected.


Workshops range from 2-hour sessions to half-day immersions. Be sure to check each event for specific details.
