Each session blends conscious connected breathing with somatic awareness practices to release tension, expand your energy, and awaken the intelligence of your body. We don’t force transformation—we create space for what wants to emerge.
Led by Mark Moon, globally registered Breathwork practitioner and executive member of the ABA, these sessions offer grounded tools and deep presence. Whether you’re new to Breathwork or ready to explore deeper layers of yourself, Mark’s approach bridges the science of the nervous system with the mystery of the human spirit, creating spaces where real alignment and personal growth become possible. Step into serenity with our soul-stirring 7-day, 6-night experience set in a lovingly restored 200-year-old villa tucked within a quiet medieval village in the rolling hills of Northern Tuscany. This breathtaking retreat offers a deeply nourishing experience into the heart of authentic Italy. Each retreat begins on a Sunday and ends the following Saturday.
