Expansion Breathwork is a grounded, soulful practice that invites you to meet your edges, release what’s been held, and awaken the deeper intelligence within your body. This isn’t about forcing transformation, it’s about creating space so what’s true can rise to the surface. It’s both a practice and a pathway, working layer by layer, breath by breath, in your own unique way.
Led by Mark Moon, an internationally certified Breathwork Practitioner, each session is designed to support lasting change, not just emotional release or altered-state experiences. You’ll restore your energetic connection and strengthen your capacity to hold nervous system recalibration.
Blending science, soul, and structure, you’ll be guided with integrity, held with care, and invited into the truth of your experience — exploring your physical, emotional, and energetic capacity.

Expect a safe and supportive space where you’ll be guided through breathing techniques, gentle movement, and moments of reflection. Every experience is different, but participants often leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected.
