I started doing Mark's online classes in April last year and have not missed a week. Strength classes are so important for older women and Mark always offers alternatives and encouragement. The classes are a lot of fun and Mark balances the classes week from week to cover all muscle groups.
I've now been training with Mark online and couldn't recommend him enough! The classes are challenging, and he's a great support to help with technique and options. The best part is being able to join from anywhere, and have the commitment marked in the diary to make it happen!
Mark's classes - Both the yoga and fitness classes are just exactly right for me. The perfect mix of pushing my athleticism and the yoga being about mind and body for the athlete. Mark knows how to coach a group of people - online and in person. Can't recommend him more highly.
Mark explains and demonstrates the exercises very well and the format is simple. The format allows you to scale accordingly which is reassuring also. Mark talks you through the exercise form perfectly. Also LOVED the proper time spent stretching, breathing and relaxing at the end.
I have attended the yoga and strength classes and both were fantastic. Highly recommend the strength class. Mark has the ability to make it fun and makes sure we get out of it what we need. I was totally missing my connection with my gym friends and have found it again with your classes.
