Gina Costa is the passionate force behind Breathe Movement Studios in Australia and the visionary host of the Dolce Vita Italian Wellness Retreat. With over 25 years in the health and wellness industry, Gina’s journey began with the grace of classical ballet and has since evolved into a dynamic career spanning personal training, Pilates, Barre, and holistic movement—both in Australia and internationally.
At the heart of Gina’s teaching is her signature energy: vibrant, empowering, and deeply authentic. She blends her background in ballet with her expertise in fitness to deliver dynamic classes that awaken both body and spirit.
