Terms and Conditions

All private sessions are to be paid in full at time of booking to reserve your spot.
Private sessions are non refundable and can only be changed within 24 hours notice.
Any sessions not used within the purchased period or not attended will be void.
Online memberships are direct debited every month unless canceled or paused.
All online programs purchaed outright will be accessible only for the purchased period.
Live online classes can change at anytime, although adequate notice will be given.
All classes are attended at your own risk. If you have any injuries please seek medical advice before beginning any exercise program.
