Mark Moon, founder of X Breath, is a leading breathwork facilitator with a passion for guiding individuals through transformative experiences. With over 25 years of experience in holistic health, Mark combines dynamic breathwork practices with a deep understanding of mind-body integration.
Drawing on ancient wisdom and modern techniques, Mark’s approach is both therapeutic and empowering. By integrating breathwork with yoga, mindfulness, and other holistic practices, Mark creates safe, supportive spaces where participants can align with their true potential and experience profound personal growth.
At the core of Mark’s teachings is his belief in the interconnectedness of all things, drawing on spiritual psychology, bioenergetics, various breathwork techniques, and other modalities to facilitate deep change. Through this work, he empowers individuals to reconnect with their authentic selves and tap into the wisdom of their body and spirit.
With over a decade of teaching experience, Em specialises in Yin Yoga, Qi Gong, 5 Element Theory, Meridian Energy, Fascia Release, and the Inner Methods of meditation and breathwork.
Identifying as both a Buddhist and a Taoist, Em follows no specific lineage but deeply values exploring the intersections of various faiths. She is also a passionate advocate for science as the study of nature. Em believes that we are all energy, deeply interconnected with the ebb and flow of the Earth and the cosmos around us.
Em teaches the power of breath, the body as a conduit for inner harmony, and the importance of truth in the face of fear. Her teachings guide you to harness your inner wisdom, chi, and connection to the natural world, ultimately leading you toward your sovereignty.
Simon Favorito is a whole foods chef and holistic wellness guide with over 20 years of professional experience. Founder of Your Conscious Kitchen, Simon provides nourishing whole foods catering, cooking classes, and coaching in the Byron Bay region.
After overcoming chronic physical and mental health challenges, Simon’s journey into holistic wellness led him to explore the healing power of whole foods medicine and various healing modalities, including kinesiology, TCM, and mind-body medicine.
Simon will inspire you through his mission, to empower individuals to take control of their health and unlock their potential by embracing nature’s healing foods.
