On the outside I was succeeding, but internally I quietly struggled with depression, self-criticism, and a deep sense that something was always missing from my achievements.
Breathwork helped me realise that what I once viewed as broken was often the part of me asking to be seen, understood, and integrated. That experience continues to shape the way I guide others today.
