Mark Moon is an Australian breathwork practitioner, founder of The X Breath, and creator of Expansion Breathwork, a structured somatic approach designed to help people release stress patterns held in the body and reconnect with their natural vitality and aliveness.


With over three decades in the wellness industry spanning fitness, yoga, and somatic practices, his work integrates Conscious Connected Breathwork, bioenergetics, and integral psychology to explore how emotional patterns and survival strategies are stored in the body.


Mark works with private clients, retreat groups, and executive teams, guiding people through experiences that combine breathwork, somatic awareness, and developmental psychology. He is a member of the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance and the International Breathwork Foundation, and serves on the executive committee of the Australian Breathwork Association.


After beginning his career in the fitness industry, Mark discovered that physical health alone does not resolve deeper emotional and psychological patterns. This insight led him into meditation, yoga philosophy, and breathwork, where he began exploring how chronic tension, emotional suppression, and survival strategies shape the nervous system and influence human behaviour.

Mark Moon explores the intersection of breath, body, and human potential, helping people move beyond survival patterns and rediscover vitality, clarity, and aliveness.
